TAD design and manufacture VirCru – a smart boat monitoring system. The system is built around a GPRS enabled ‘hub’ that connects to wireless sensors around a boat.
The VirCru app is a smart phone dashboard providing an overview of a boat’s position, power, water levels, temperature and the presence of tenders and outboards. VirCru’s onboard hub and wireless sensors communicate with the app to deliver real time updates on:
- GPS position + boat angle
- Battery + shore power connection and voltage
- Isolator switch status
- Bilge pump levels
- Motion detector
- Cabin temperature, smoke and carbon monoxide presence
- Outside temperature
- Engine Hours
