Background
Have been breaking and building things from an early age. Spent 2 years working in electronics / R&D before university. In my youth I restored various cars ranging from Triumph Spitfire to Minis and Land Rovers. After leaving Birmingham University in 2003 I spent the next 20 years actually designing and making stuff. Plenty of exposure to mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems.

Role
Creation and allocation of tasks at a project level. Responsible for ensuring tasks are completed on time and removing any obstacles to completion. Fixer of all problems IT and General Scape Goat.

Background
Always had an interest in engineering, with more of a mechanical bias than electronic leading to a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Given the opportunity to work at TAD (knowing Tristan from a young age) to expand my knowledge of electronic engineering and have grown with the business since.

Role
Top-level management of all TAD projects from idea through to delivery. Quality Manager – Overseeing TAD quality Management System.

Background
My father was a vehicle mechanic so by the age of 10 I was working on most small mechanical machines. 17 years as Managing Director of Accordant Marketing UK Ltd and a successful career in the MoD in Operations and Quality and as Head of Operations for a site with over 400 staff. 19 years as a (founder) member of Dorset Search & Rescue.

I am the conscience of the company! Making sure that we are following our processes and improving where we can.

Background
My career started at a National Property Preservation Company, using mainly the ISO 9000 procedures manual to learn the job! I moved on to work for Group 4’s head office in Broadway and had various roles before settling in the IT department as first line support. I found TAD Electronics in September 2013 where my role has grown along with the Company.

Background
I studied at Worcester Technical College and went straight into a junior role in a small accountancy practice. After spending over 20 years working my way up to an office manager role I then went on to set up Account4 Ltd. I also work as a management accountant for TAD Electronics Ltd.
